	Schoolies Week : $1100.00 per room (covers 4 persons, 7 days). Additional persons $250.00 per 7 days. ** special terms and conditions applicable
	Rates cover 4 persons, per room. All linen supplied.
	Maximum occupancy 6 persons, per room.
	Additional Persons : Adult $30.00 Child $20.00
	Winter long stays in excess of 28 days are available at discounted rates from $475.00 per week.
